Reliable Electrophysiologist in Windsor Square, CA

When a doctor tells you your heart rhythm is off, the next question is usually who handles that. Not every cardiologist performs ablations, manages pacemakers, or evaluates the kind of electrical misfires that cause fainting or a racing pulse. If you are in Windsor Square and looking for a local electrophysiologist who treats these conditions as a specialty rather than a side concern, our practice is the right place to start.

Subspecialty Training That Makes a Difference

Cardiac electrophysiology requires training beyond a general cardiology fellowship. It takes an additional year or more of focused work on the heart’s electrical system before a physician can perform ablations, implant devices, or conduct EP studies. At our practice, that foundation was built by our lead physician, Dr. Arshia M. Noori, MD, FACC, FHRS, who completed his electrophysiology fellowship at the University of Vermont Medical Center and holds triple board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology, Cardiovascular Disease, and Internal Medicine.

The Conditions We See

We treat the full range of heart rhythm disorders at the Cardiac Electrophysiology Institute (CEPI). That includes atrial fibrillation (AFib), atrial flutter, supraventricular tachycardia (SVT), ventricular tachycardia (VT), premature ventricular contractions (PVCs), Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome (WPW), bradycardia, heart block, and syncope. Patients come to us at every stage, from a brand-new diagnosis to a second opinion on a recommended procedure they want to think through carefully.

What Treatment Looks Like at CEPI

We perform the full spectrum of electrophysiology procedures in a fully equipped EP lab with advanced three-dimensional mapping technology. Our procedural services include catheter ablation, pulmonary vein isolation, EP studies, cardioversion, pacemaker implantation, ICD implantation, cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT), Watchman device placement, and implantable loop recorder (ILR) placement, all managed by the same physician from your first visit through follow-up care.
