Leading Electrophysiologist in West Hollywood, CA
Living with an undiagnosed heart rhythm problem is unsettling. You may have noticed your heart skipping beats, felt it race without warning, or received an alert from your wearable device that you were not sure how to act on. If you are in West Hollywood and looking for an electrophysiology clinic with the depth to evaluate and treat what is actually going on, the Cardiac Electrophysiology Institute (CEPI) offers the subspecialty care you need.
A Practice Built Around the Heart’s Electrical System
General cardiologists handle a wide scope of heart conditions, but when a rhythm disorder requires a procedure, the care needs to come from someone trained specifically for it. Our lead physician, Dr. Arshia M. Noori, MD, FACC, FHRS, holds triple board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology, Cardiovascular Disease, and Internal Medicine. That level of training is uncommon among practicing electrophysiologists, and it reflects the depth we bring to every evaluation and procedure at CEPI.
Rhythm Disorders We Treat
Our practice covers every major heart rhythm condition. We see patients with atrial fibrillation (AFib), atrial flutter, supraventricular tachycardia (SVT), ventricular tachycardia (VT), premature ventricular contractions (PVCs), Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome (WPW), bradycardia, heart block, and syncope. Some patients come to us after years of inconclusive workups elsewhere. Others are newly diagnosed and want a clear plan from the start. We approach both situations the same way: a thorough review of all prior records before anything else.
Procedures and What to Expect
We carry out procedures in a fully equipped electrophysiology lab with advanced three-dimensional mapping technology. Our procedural services include catheter ablation, pulmonary vein isolation, EP studies, cardioversion, pacemaker implantation, ICD implantation, cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT), Watchman device placement, and implantable loop recorder (ILR) placement, all managed by the same physician from consultation through follow-up.
You Do Not Need a Referral
West Hollywood patients can contact our office directly without a physician referral. We welcome self-referred patients alongside those sent by a cardiologist or primary care physician. Our office is at 8631 West 3rd Street, Suite 710E, Los Angeles, CA 90048, and we are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
